Peter suffers from a condition that finds physical expression in occasional uncontrollable fits of song-writing; he has suffered from this for thirty years or more. He mainly plays guitar, with occasional excursions onto keyboards, mandolin and sitar. In the 1970s he was involved in the production of three vinyl albums, now rarities fetching ridiculous amounts of money on e bay. Since then he has produced an album every year or so, some resulting in considerable critical acclaim; the most recent offering is 'My Barometer is Right (but the weather is wrong)' (2011). He sings in folk clubs, churches, festivals and plays the odd support slot for his talented friend Gareth Davies-Jones.
